El Segundo

"El Segundo" means The Second, but El Segundo is no second. It is a sleepy beach town often dubbed as "Mayberry." The quaint downtown area has lots of small businesses, new outstanding restaurants, and lots to do with the beach and parks nearby. The LA Times has also recently relocated here. A unique little gem that is a quiet mountain mover. Home to some amazing talent, during the summer the annual El Segundo Art Walk is held once a month in June, July, and August. The famous high school is not only impressive and stunning architecture, but it is one of the most filmed high schools in all of the United States.

One of our favorite venues resides in the Smoky Hollow warehousing creative district. In fact it is aptly named Smoky Hollow Studios, an over 5,000 square-foot converted warehouse space perfect for high-end photoshoots often in editorial magazines and some of the poshest weddings. Luckily, if you are interested in hosting your event, or photoshoot, at Smoky Hollow Studios Provenance Rentals is a preferred vendor and will be happy to accommodate your vintage and specialty rental needs. We also have worked at Chevron Park and closely with many businesses and families in El Segundo at events in private residences. Don't overlook El Segundo as the second, it should really be the first.
